It doesn’t matter who you speak to within our company in regards to any concerns of your cleaning we will take 100% accountability for the problem, and this just doesn’t mean we will apologize, but that person will see to it that the concerns are address, taken care of, and that you are left feeling completely satisfied with the service you’ve received. This isn’t because we have to — it is simply stated because we as a company only hire the kind of people that genuinely care about our service and the happiness of our clients!

      2.  Always Over Promise and Over Deliver

Not everyone is a professional at customer services and I don’t personally believe it is something that can be taught, rather it is a level of empathy that a person either has within themselves or they just don’t, and One Janitorial has a zero tolerance for any employee who do not provide the most outstanding service possible!
